Privacy and cookies

The short version
- No accounts, no sign-up, no newsletter. We do not know who you are.
- We set one cookie, age_ok. It remembers for 30 days that you said you are an adult.
- Your favorites, theme, "Hide AI videos" setting and watched marks stay in your own browser.
- Our server counts pages, clicks and searches as daily totals, not tied to any person, device or IP address. Your IP address is never written to our databases.
- In the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Brazil and Quebec, ads and analytics load only if you choose "Allow". Elsewhere they load once you pass the adults-only notice.
- Anywhere, you can refuse ad cookies with one click under Cookie choices in the footer, and a browser that sends Global Privacy Control is treated as a refusal.
What we collect and what we do not
BestFetishPorn is a directory. It hosts no videos and stores no images. You can use all of it without telling us anything about yourself. We never ask for your name, a password or payment details, and we keep no record of what any one person watched.
We do hold:
- The daily totals described below.
- Reports sent through the report form: which video (or the title or address you typed), the reason, your note, your email address if you gave one, and the time. A report does not store your IP address.
- Emails you send us.
The one cookie we set, and what is kept in your browser
We set one cookie. Everything else below is kept in your browser's own storage, where our pages read it; it is not sent to us with your visits. The last seven entries exist only to keep ads within the limits described on this page.

The ad networks set cookies of their own, but only where ads load (see below). The owner's admin login uses a session cookie; visitors never get it. To remove everything above, clear this site's data in your browser settings.
What is counted on our server
These are daily totals with no visitor identifier:
- Pages served, by type of page.
- Clicks on each video, and clicks to each destination site.
- Visits from each referring site, by site name only.
- Clicks on each ad we sell directly, each sponsor link, each sponsored menu link and each live cam network.
- Search phrases: the words, how many times they were searched, and when last. Searches our content rules refuse are not recorded.
Bots are not counted. Video clicks help order the Trending list. Please do not type personal details into the search box.
How clicks are counted. A video card normally opens through a short hop on our server that counts the click and sends you on to the video. Some links go straight to the other site instead: ads we sell directly, sponsor links, sponsored menu links, live cam rooms and, for some sites, the video cards themselves. For those, your browser sends a small note to our server as you click, saying which item it was (for example a video's number, or "sponsor 2"). It carries nothing else and is counted like any other click.
Other requests your browser makes to us. As you type in the search box, what you have typed so far is sent to our server so it can suggest categories and performers; suggestions are not recorded. When you open your favorites, your browser sends the numbers of your saved videos to our server, which answers with the ones that are no longer listed so they can be taken off your list; nothing about that request is recorded.
IP addresses
Your browser sends your IP address with every request, as it does to any website. We use it for these things:
- To stop one visitor's double-click, repeated search or repeated report from being counted twice. For this we keep a salted one-way fingerprint of your IP address and the item. It is deleted within two hours while the site is in use, and at the latest at the next update of the library, which runs at least once a day. The secret used to make fingerprints changes every day, so fingerprints from different days cannot be matched to each other.
- To apply the age rules for your region, and to decide whether to ask before loading ads. If the site runs behind Cloudflare, we read the country and region it reports; otherwise we look them up in a location database on our own server. Your address is not sent anywhere for this, and the result is not stored.
- To check a visitor that calls itself a search-engine crawler. We look the address up in public DNS to confirm it belongs to that search engine, and keep a salted one-way fingerprint of the address with the answer for up to two days.
- To limit how many reports, and how many immediate take-downs, one connection can make in a day, and how many sign-in attempts the admin page accepts. For this we keep a salted one-way fingerprint of the address with a count, and delete it within three days.
The IP address itself is never written to our databases. Our hosting company keeps ordinary web server logs under its own policy.
Who else sees you when you use the site
- Image servers. Thumbnails load straight from the servers of the sites that host the videos, so those servers see your IP address. We send no referrer with image requests.
- The site you click through to. It sees our site's address as the referrer, not the page you were on. If we have a partner deal with it, the link carries our partner code, so that site knows we sent you. From then on, its own privacy policy applies.
- Ad networks and analytics. Where ads load (see the next section), the ad networks' scripts can set cookies, see your IP address, your browser and device, and which page you are on. They use this to choose ads, limit how often you see each one and measure them, under their own privacy policies. The networks allowed to sell ad space here are listed in our ads.txt file. Ads we sell directly are pictures and links; a picture stored on another company's server loads only where network ads would.
- Live cams, if switched on. The list of rooms is fetched by our server, not your browser, but each room's picture loads from the cam network's own servers, so the cam network sees your IP address when those pictures appear. We send no referrer with those requests. A click on a room takes you to the cam site with our partner code.
- Alerts, only if offered and only if you ask. If a "Get alerts" button appears, nothing happens until you press it and then allow notifications in your browser's own prompt. After that, the alert network's script and service worker run on this site, and the network keeps a subscription code for your browser so it can send you notifications on our behalf. To stop them, turn off notifications for this site in your browser settings.
Everything else, including fonts and scripts, comes from our own server.
Your cookie choice and how to change it
Where we ask first. In the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil and Quebec, and whenever we cannot tell where you are, no ad or analytics script loads until you choose Allow or Refuse. Refusing is one click, the button is the same size as Allow, and the site works the same either way.
Everywhere else, ad scripts load once you have passed the adults-only notice, without a question first. You can still refuse at any time under Cookie choices.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Refuse wherever you are, and no ad script loads unless you choose Allow yourself under Cookie choices.
To change your choice, use Cookie choices in the footer. If you refuse after allowing, the page reloads so the ad scripts stop. Cookies an ad network already set stay in your browser until they expire or you clear them.
Age and region rules
BestFetishPorn is for adults only. Every visitor sees an "Adults only" notice before anything else. A search engine's own crawler, once its address has been confirmed as described above, is sent the same page without that notice so that it can read it.
Some places require adult sites to verify age with more than a click. At the time of writing these include the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Australia, Brazil and 27 US states. There the site does not rely on the notice: depending on the setting for that region, it is either not available, or shown without any images. Visitors there get no ads at all.
We work out your country, and in the United States and Canada your state or province, from your IP address as described above. Our location database is IP Geolocation by DB-IP, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.
The site carries the RTA (Restricted To Adults) label so parental-control software can block it. See parental controls.
How long we keep things
- IP fingerprints for counting: up to two hours while the site is in use, and never past the next update of the library.
- Crawler-check fingerprints: up to two days. Report and sign-in limit fingerprints: up to three days.
- Daily totals (pages, clicks, referring sites, ad clicks): 400 days.
- Search phrases: deleted once nobody has searched for them for 180 days.
- Reports: two years, then deleted automatically.
- The list of removed videos: for as long as the site runs, so a feed cannot bring them back. A video comes off the list only if a review finds it was removed by mistake.
- Emails: until we no longer need them to answer you or record a removal.
Your rights and how to use them
Depending on where you live, Canada's PIPEDA, Quebec's Law 25, the EU or UK GDPR, Brazil's LGPD or a US state privacy law gives you the right to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent (for ads, use Cookie choices), and complain to a regulator.
Because we do not tie data to people, all we can usually find is a report you sent or an email you wrote. Email hello@bestfetishporn.com with the address you used and roughly when. We reply within 30 days. Our Privacy Officer is the person who runs BestFetishPorn; we will tell you their name if you ask.
You can complain to:
- Canada: the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
- Quebec: the Commission d'accès à l'information.
- European Union: your country's data protection authority, listed by the European Data Protection Board.
- United Kingdom: the Information Commissioner's Office.
International transfers
BestFetishPorn is run from Ontario, Canada. It is hosted by Hostinger, and our server, with the data on this page, is outside Canada. The operator reads it from Canada. Where ads load, ad networks may handle data in other countries.
Children
BestFetishPorn is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a young person has sent us a report or an email, write to hello@bestfetishporn.com and we will delete it. Parents can block the site: see parental controls.
Changes to this page
When we change what the site collects or who sees it, we update this page and the date at the top.
