These terms apply when you use BestFetishPorn at bestfetishporn.com. "We" and "us" means the person who runs it, a sole proprietor based in Ontario, Canada. By using the site you agree to them.
Who may use this site
BestFetishPorn is for adults only. You may use it only if you are at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and it is legal for you to view sexually explicit material there. If that is not you, leave now.
Some places require adult sites to check every visitor's age with an independent check. In those places BestFetishPorn is either not available or shown without any images.
What this site is and is not
BestFetishPorn is a directory of links to fetish videos. We host no videos and store no images. Each listing shows a thumbnail, title, length, rating, view count and source name supplied by the site that hosts the video, and links to the video's page there.
The videos, and everything else on the sites we link to, are third-party content. We do not control those sites, and a listing is not an endorsement of the site or the video. The site that hosts a video is responsible for it being there. The records the law requires about the people in a video are kept by its producer; each site's records statement, linked from our 2257 page, says where to ask for them.
We set out to list only consensual adult content. What we refuse to list, and why, is in our content policy. Our filter reads titles and tags, not the videos themselves, so if something gets through that should not have, report it.
Leaving this site
When you click a video you leave BestFetishPorn. The video opens on the other site, in a new tab, under that site's own terms and privacy policy. Ours do not apply there.
Some links are partner links: the other site may pay us when a visitor we sent signs up or buys something. That does not make us part of anything you agree to with that site.
Ads and sponsored links
The site shows ads, sponsored links and, when switched on, live cam rooms. Each is marked "Ad" or "Sponsored" and leads to another company's site. Most ads are chosen by ad networks, not by us, and we do not check every one in advance. An ad is not an endorsement. If an ad breaks the advertiser rules in our content policy, tell us at abuse@bestfetishporn.com and we will have it removed.
Acceptable use
You may browse, search and share links to our pages. Search engines may index the site as our robots.txt allows. You may not:
- copy our pages or data with scrapers, bots or other automated tools;
- send fake visits or clicks, or click links or ads to inflate any count;
- try to overload, break into or otherwise disrupt the site;
- use the report form to harass anyone, or send reports you know are false.
If you do, we may block you.
Our content and other people's
The BestFetishPorn name, logo and design, and the text we write, such as category names, category descriptions and these pages, belong to us. Do not use them in a way that suggests you are us or that we endorse you.
Thumbnails, video titles, performer names and the videos themselves belong to their owners. Thumbnails load in your browser straight from the source site's servers; we do not copy, store or edit them. Titles are shown as the source supplied them. We tidy spacing, punctuation, broken characters and capital letters, and shorten titles over 140 characters, but we do not reword them.
Reporting and removal
If a listing should not be here, use the flag on its card or the report form. Copyright owners can also send a formal notice as described on the DMCA and copyright page.
A report takes the link down the moment you send it, before anyone reviews it, when it says that someone in the video is or looks under 18, that it was filmed or shared without consent, that you are in it and want it removed, or that it shows something else illegal. Those take-downs are reviewed afterwards. Every other report is reviewed by a person, and a valid one is removed within 48 hours.
A removed link goes on a list that every update checks, so a feed cannot bring it back. We only link: to have the video file itself removed, contact the site that hosts it as well.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is and as available. Listings come from other sites' feeds and can be wrong, out of date or broken. We do not promise that the site or any link will work, or that any title, rating, view count, category or other detail is accurate.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything on a site you reach through our links or ads, for anything in the videos, or for any loss that comes from using BestFetishPorn or relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you use the site after a change, the new terms apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them or about the site will be decided by the courts of Ontario, unless the law where you live gives you a right to use your own courts that cannot be taken away.
